The Vibes Creative Fund was created to provide financial support to local creatives working to propel their artistic career forward. Through this scholarship, our goal is for every creative professional to feel and know that Vibes is here to support them in their dreams, offering a helping hand to the arts community in the St. Joseph county area. 

The idea of an artistically talented individual thrivinging in the Michiana area has been unsupported and thought of as an unreachable dream. Our goal is to help change this narrative by supporting as many creatives as we can, ultimately improving the artistic livelihood of artist in the St.Joseph area. We want any and all creatives to know that while you are here, in the beautiful Michiana area, Vibes supports YOU!

Purpose

Vibes Music Festival, Inc established the Vibes Creative Fund in 2023 as a pool of financial resources to support independent creatives in their efforts to propel their career forward. This fund helps us fulfill our mission of promoting, educating, and providing resources for creatives both locally and globally through community efforts.

Eligibility

Any and all creatives, young or old are eligible! If you are serving in the arts as an independent creative looking to gain financial support for a specific project in the St.Joseph County, the Vibes Creative Fund is for you! 

The Vibes Creative Fund scholarship can be used by recipients in the following ways:

• To support a arts related project that enhances the skill of the artist and impacts the Michiana community.

• To support a project that educates the community on a specific creative skill.

• To support an event that promotes a creative, their skill, and creates an entertaining/creative experience for the community.

Timeline

Applications for the Creative Fund open annually during the fall and winter months.

Applications will be reviewed by the Vibes Music Festival, Inc Board of Directors. The Creative Fund recipient(s) will be selected by December of each year. Please see the timeline thoroughly outlined below.
